IT Support Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day PC end-user support and trouble-shooting, perform IT operations such as database/server backup and tape management, evaluate and procure IT equipment as well as assist in the administration of Email system.

Requirements

• Diploma in IT/Engineering with 3 to 5 years of IT infrastructure experience
• Proficient in PC hardware and Microsoft Windows network
• Familiar with Veritas backup software and Trend Micro anti-vrius software
• Good knowledge in MS Office software packages and MS Exchange 2007
• Experience in computer networking or server administration is an advantage
