Junior Legal Executive

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Executive Chairman’s Office
• Prepare, review and attend to completion of legal documentation.
• Liaisons with Company’s external counsel and relevant authorities
• Assist in preparation and maintenance of comprehensive status report for management
• Analysing, researching and assisting on negotiations on legal terms on behalf of the Company
• Possess skills in drafting contract and opinion writing.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Law or equivalent
• 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably with contractual matters, banking and litigation background
• Self-motivated team player with leadership qualities, meticulous, high self-confidence and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Responsible, trustworthy and able to perform effectively in multi-functional roles
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work extra hours
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
