Lecturer (School of Languages)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver lectures and tutorials
• Review and develop course curriculum
• Develop and update detailed lesson plans, course notes and other teaching/learning materials
• Supervise part-time lecturers, maintain and update the examinations item bank
• Set and mark course assignments, projects, examinations and other forms of assessments
• Implement student welfare projects, counsel and discipline student when the need arises
• Participate in Student Orientation activities

Requirements:

• A recognised degree in Education/Linguistics/English Language
• A diploma in TESOL is advantageous
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
• This position is based in Singapore. Salary range from S$2,800 and above.
