Logistics Coordinator

Job Description

• Manage and follow-up with the process change requests from customer on timely basis
• Coordinate with customer’s suppliers and manufacturing plants on arranging product reworks
• Identify scrap on products according to product specification and document regulation
• Prepare and manage operational issue and customer’s documentation
• Communicate with customers’ vendor on operational issues
• Prepare monthly SAP reports as per requests from Customers’ BUs
• Maintain the activity update in WMS

Requirement

• Form 5 or above
• 2-3 years’ experience in service industry with customer service exposure
• Experience in logistics industry, especially for reverse logistics is highly preferred
• Sensitive to figures and detail-minded are essential
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Computer literacy and with hand-on experience in using SAP
• Willing to work overtime
• Working Location: Airport
