Maintenance Engineer

The Job:

The incumbent support Maintenance Manager to accomplish Maintenance Department functions. His primary function is to carry out maintenance and job tasks in respective mechanical equipment for ensuring plant safe and stable operation.

Key tasks include:

• Prepare and execute Plant Equipment long term preventive maintenance program to ensure safe and stable operation.
• Scheduling and Execution of Daily and Shutdown Maintenance Work Within Schedule and Budget.
• Response to emergency and provide support to operation during emergency condition, power failure and equipment trouble.
• Undertake CAPEX plant related items inclusive of detail proposal study, cost estimation, work execution, test run and completion hand over.
• Train and develop subordinate to achieve overall static, section improvement, efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support, promote and participate in all company related programs and action plans in relation to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and other programs which can lead to continual improvement, legal compliances and improvement in staff competency/ awareness.
• Other job tasks assigned by superior within the job scopes.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates – Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related Engineering field.
• Male, age around 30 years old.
• Experience in Risk Based Inspection.
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiar with maintenance standards, systems and work procedures in petrochemical industry.
• Able to work on standby in case of plant emergency.

Remuneration:

• Will commensurate with qualification and experience.
