Management Accountant

Job Responsibilities

• Assessment and implementation of internal control systems;
• Prepare and review budgets, monitor current performance, proactively forecast near and mid team financial positions; provide on-going real time report to management for day-to-day operation;
• Provide detail production cost analysis of supplier pricing;
• Assist in Annual Operation Plan and related budgets preparation;
• Perform budget vs. actual variances analysis and report irregular variances;
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and any other professional advisors;
• Monitoring financial aspects of head office and global subsidiaries as well as ad hoc projects evaluation;
• Managing and forecasting cash flow within the Group; and
• Work with IT, Financial and Operations team in upgrade of ERP system.

Job Requirements

• University graduate with degree major in Accounting, CPA, ACA, CIMA, ACCA or relevant professional qualifications;
• At least 5 years solid experience in cost accounting / management accounting expertise with production facilities in the PRC;
• Experience in implementation of standard cost and product costing;
• Strong skill in MS Office is a MUST and experience in Advanced ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle required;
• Advance hands on experience in budgeting & forecasting;
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Detailed-oriented with good analytical mind, self-motivated, independent and experience working in multi-cultural environment, excellent communication skill and team worker;
• Hands-on experience and willing to work under pressure;
• Travel is required occasionally; and
• Immediate available.
