MaxiPlan designs, develops and markets new web based technologies for Planning and Performance Management for medium to large sized organisations looking to move their planning and forecasting applications to a readily accessible ‘cloud’ environment. The MaxiPlan Performance Management Suite offers a comprehensive web based system incorporating business rules definition, workflow, flexible consolidation and reporting, scorecarding and multidimensional reporting.

We are looking to expand our marketing capabilities in Singapore and seek a bright, enthusiastic, results driven individual to help develop sales opportunities, and assist in sales administration. You will be working as part of a young dynamic multinational team, with opportunities to extend your existing skills to new challenges.

MARKETING ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to verify prospective customer contact information
• Perform sales campaign call outs
• Prepare mail campaigns to prospective customers
• Assist in the organization and preparation of product seminars
• Analysis of sales leads and prospects
• Updating of existing marketing database after sales campaign call outs
• Identification of interest from clients and forward to sales consultants and follow through
• Liaise with marketing to team as required
• Responsible in hitting targets set daily, weekly and monthly

Requirements

• Good phone etiquette and fluent in spoken English
• At least 6 months telephone marketing experience
• Results oriented and positive attitude
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Proactive and motivated team player
• Able to work independently on own initiative and able to perform under pressure
• Customer service oriented
• Preferably able to start at short notice (not essential)
