Marketing Coordinator / Associate

THE ROLE:

The Marketing Coordinator / Associate position will require an individual to have a basic understanding of marketing processes and programs. The candidate will support the marketing group as a generalist on day-to-day tasks related to marketing programs including seminars, events, direct marketing, telephone follow-up, lead tracking and interactive marketing. The candidate must be a good communicator who can follow directions, must be able to multitask, and must have solid organizational skills. This position requires a strong understanding of basic marketing programs specifically targeting Japan, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Hong Kong and Australia. Travel to these locations is required. This role reports to the Director of Field Marketing based in Singapore.

Requirements

• Degree in Communications, Business or English
• Ability to work with individuals at multiple levels within the organization
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Min 2 to 4 years relevant experience
• Experience managing a budget including all estimates and cost tracking
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and operate in a fast paced environment
• Capacity to learn about multiple markets and industries
• Experience in a B2B environment – preferably with enterprise software
• Analytical ability with ability to manage data entry and cleansing as well as analysis
• Experience with basic press relations and media placement
• Telephone experience related to prospecting a plus
• Ability to coordinate with executives at customer sites for interviews, videos
