MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

• To make regular sales calls and handle all hall, auditorium and room enquires
• To follow-up on any business leads
• To entertain potential and regular clients to secure business and maintain rapport respectively
• To introduce clients to our varied facilities through letters/emails and site inspections
• Propose promotional activities
• Achieve monthly sales target and generate reports
• To check on event setup and meet clients prior to commencement of each event to ensure all arrangements are in good order.

Requirements:

• Diploma
• Proficient in MS Office
• Results oriented with good attitude and initiatives
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• A good team player, committed, able to multi-task and work under pressure
