MARKETING , PROJECT COORDINATOR AND QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Applicant should have:

• Good contact with commercial client, Designer & Architect.
• Familiar with Tender project & G-Biz.
• Able to handle and control the project costing.
• Experience in preparing of BQ / Tender documents.
• Cost Planning, Budget estimates taking off.
• Prepare variation orders, cost impact estimates, progress payments and claims.
• Prepare VO.
• Sources for quotations from Specialists, Sub-contractors and Suppliers.
• Highlight discrepancies in tender documents and clarifies with Consultants.
• Review and advise Project Manager on the cost impact for variation of project specifications.
