MEDICAL DIVISION HEAD (MDH)

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead & Manage Medical Division Sales & Marketing team and directly involved in all Division activities as to achieve sales forecast, division operating income and manage costs within the budget. Makes continues study on pricing, competitive information and other marketing intelligent are also important part of the job;
• Generating marketing initiatives to help achieve Division goals and objectives, and to contribute to the company’s overall growth;
• Coordinating with 3rd party distributors and ensuring market penetration is maximized. In addition, you will be required to appraise and review their performance too.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Biology or Science or Medical from a reputable university;
• Have gained at least more than 8 years working experience in a sales position, 3 years of which have been working as Area Manager and/ or National/ Regional Sales Manager for Medical Device products/ handling Hospital Market;
• Possess excellent analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills;
• Good command in English for both verbal and written;
• Computer Literate;
• Be a team player and result oriented;
• Have a good relationship with Teaching Hospitals and Reputable Private Hospitals.
• Have experience in Government Tender process will be an advantage.
