As part of our continuing expansion programme, we invite applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the following position, which will be based in our Singapore Office:

Medical Technologist

Be part of the team in our Central Lab. Job scope includes:

• To analyse samples in areas such as chemistry, haematology, urinalysis and immunology necessary for testing.
• Enters and releases required information in the LIS, such as test results, comments, and quality control results
• Prepares reagents as needed, maintains quality control records, compiles any required statistical data and maintains the cleanliness of work areas
• Consults with laboratory supervisory staff prior to reporting grossly abnormal results and when OUT OF CONTROL test run in encountered.
• Adhere to OSHA and the Company’s Health and Safety regulations and security procedures at all times.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, continuing education and mentorship

Qualifications & Experience Required :-

• Bachelor of Science (Medical Technology/Biotechnology)
• Knowledge of how to use, maintain, QC, and troubleshoot: hematology instrument, urinalysis instrument, chemistry instrument and immunology.
• More than 5 of relevant working experience in a laboratory environment, hospital or equivalent.
• Willing to work shifts and on weekends.
• Good computer knowledge.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, results oriented and a team player
