Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

• Handling customers’ orders, calls and enquiries
• Process Purchase Orders to suppliers/ vendors
• To co-ordinate samples and ensure everything is in accordance to order sheet
• Coordinate and work closely with production department on order lead-times, handles day-to-day problems and ensure timely delivery
• Liaise with vendors for price/ quotations, availability, delivery date, etc.
• Responsible to check all sample prior sending to the customer
• Review all approved production sheet/ sample before sending to production prior to manufacturing
• To arrange for samples, accessories and fabric according to customers requirements

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Fashion Design or related discipline
• Good customer services and communication skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin
• Computer literate, especially in Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Team player, self driven and highly motivated
• Meticulous and willing to learn
• Fresh graduates may apply

Working hours – 5 days week, 9am to 6pm
