• Male/female max 35 years
• Bachelor degree in Management or engineering
• 5 years experience in management preferably in the furniture field
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Strong leadership, management, and analytical skill, with a process improvement mindset
• Dynamic, mature, responsible and self motivated
• Ability to work under pressure
• Positive attitude and personality will secure the position
