Project Supervisor
Job Duties
- Project planning, cost control and execution. Supervision of Assistant Engineer and/or Technician as assigned, and supervision of sub-contractors’ work at site.
- Coordinate and monitor work progress with customer and relevant parties for information to expedite installation.
- Supervision of sub-contractors’ work at site.
- Check and ensure all installations conform to project specifications
- Update projects progress regularly to his supervisor.
Job Requirements
- (Diploma) 2 years relevant experience, (ITC) 3 years relevant experience or 5 years of relevantexperience in Building Services, M&E or construction. Knowledge of Building Automation System is an added advantage
- English/Mandarin, to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers, essential; dialects preferred
- Excel, Word and Project essential. Knowledge of SCADA software, Lonwork / Bacnet Protocols are added advantage.
- Require interaction with clients, consultants and sub-contractors, etc.
- Need to work odd hours as and when required, whenever the work need to be done on time
- This is a contract 2-year position

- Ability to source for supplies and sub-contractors for quotation for tendering.
- Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary.
- Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts.
- Carry out site measurement.
- Handle negotiation and dispute resolutions
- Source for suppliers and specialist sub contractors
- Other quantity surveying related duties.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction or Engineering
- Min 7 years experience in Civil Engineering firm as a tender Quantity Surveyor
- Able to lead a team of QS

QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER
Requirements:
- Male/ Female min. 30 Years Old.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Electrical/ Mechanical from reputable universities with GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- At least 4 years experience in Quality Control with 1 years in managerial level.
