PASTRY CHEF

Requirements:

• Implement recipes and portion specifications by reviewing menus and product specification
• Confers with Marketing/F & B Manager on marketing plans, festivals and special promotions
• Maintains food quality, presentation, and merchandising, productivity, manning control, food cost and profitability.
• Required to be creative in menu creation, exceptional artistic presentation skill, good knowledge and skill of different pastry and desert. Able to create new and original dishes regularly
• Strong leadership and service-oriented with the ability to work with a variety of people
• Prior experience in F & B (esp pastry, cakes & ice cream) and willing to hands-on be advantageous
• Able to start within short notice will be preferred
