Planning Coordinator

We are now seeking an experienced Planning Coordinator to join their team in the heart of Singapore. You will be responsible for assisting the Planning Manager in operations planning, tracking, monitoring for large scale projects for the APAC region. Your key responsibilities include:

• Working closely with the Planning team to plan and coordinate all projects and related activities for the APAC region
• Assisting in monitoring cost performance, implementing cost controls and resource management, budget summaries and reporting
• Compile project metrics, analyze and work with local teams to implement improvements or actions required
• Use of planning, tracking, monitoring and evaluation tools in a digital mapping environment and provide statistical information to management
• Produce detailed charts and graphs to highlight statistical information
• Monitor and check all projects entries into systems, auditing activities
• Ensure all processes are standardized, properly documented, updated and disseminated
• Other project planning duties as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred – in Business Studies/Administration/Management
• Minimum 3 years in planning and coordinating roles for large scale projects
• Must have good skills in analyzing metrics and auditing results and be able to show previous experience in roles utilizing these skills
• A background in finance, accounting, banking, auditing through either education or working experience would be advantageous
• Experience in APAC and SEA would be preferred, the ability to work with regional teams
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to learn and retain functional knowledge of digital mapping operations terminology and processes quickly
