It is experienced in manufacturing and supplying gypsum board, gypsum cement, galvanized steel frames and other products involved in gypsum work under the name of Thai Gypsum for over 40 years. Thai Gypsum is part of Saint-Gobain Gypsum the manufacture and supply of fast track lightweight building system and the world leader in gypsum industry from France. Process Control Manager (Based LCB Plant)

JOB TITLE: Process Control Manager (Based LCB Plant)

REPORTS TO (JOB TITLE):Operation Director

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

• To ensure safe working conditions are designed and standardized into any changes in working practices, new processes and plant developments
• To identify continuous improvement projects by working with local management, proposing any changes in working practices, new process and plant developments
• To provide detailed problem analysis for engineering solutions to process problems in conjunction with production management and operators
• To introduce process control parameters and facilitate the operators to carry out on an ongoing basis.
• To support the manufacturing team in the review of successful performance and countermeasures
• To give support to the plant management to train plant staff as required for the improvement of the plant performance
• To participate in the calculation of costs and opportunities of improvement to support plant initiatives of investment
• To manage, promote and implement WCM TPQC techniques and improvement measurements giving rise to both World Class process and quality management

QUALIFICATION :

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering discipline/chemical/chemist or science
• Experience over 8 years in management level in a WCM
• Well planning and organizing with work standard
• Have experience in manufacturing with multinational company background
• Good analytical skill and able to work under pressure
• Good command in English
• Able to work at Leam Chabang Plant/ Cholburi
