PROCUREMENT ENGINEER

Job Description

• Review specification to ensure that they meet user/ company requirements
• Compare quotations & negotiate with suppliers to achieve target pricing
• Undertake cost down activities with suppliers on a periodic basis
• Responsible of purchase orders & shipping documents
• Responsible for international shipment
• Admin support to Accounting
• Inventory Control
• Ad-hoc activities as per instructed by Sales Engineer

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
• Have at least 2-3 years experience in a manufacturing environment
• Purchasing Experience
• Good program management, leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good proficiency in English and Mandarin

Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: 8.00am to 5.30pm (Mon-Fri) (5 days week)
