Procurement Executive

Reporting Structure:

• Supervisor(s): Asst Procurement Manager
• Subordinate(s): Purchasing Officer and Purchasing Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Supplier management, contract management
• Price movement and order control
• Generate daily to monthly price reports
• Maintain master product/ market list
• Source for local purchasing requirements and obtain quotations
• Handle bulk orders on operational and seasonal items as well as project related products
• Handle Singapore Breadtalk & Toast Box operation’s purchasing needs

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics
• Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (written & spoken)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Able to work independently
• Able to work in a fast paced environment

Other Information:

• Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
• 5 day work week (Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.15pm)
• Company transport pick-up at Aljunied, Toa Payoh and Potong Pasir MRT stations
• Working location at Kampong Ampat (Near Aljunied/Macpherson)
