PRODUCT SPECIALIST

Job description:

• Driving the roll-out of Amadeus products and solutions in the market. Including initial assessment, testing, launching and post-launch feedback gathering.
• Driving the migration of current customers to new versions of currently deployed solutions
• Transferring knowledge products & solutions internally, and update regional office. Contributing to the continuous improvement/enhancement of our existing products. Assisting the Sales team to present products and solutions to prospect customers. Assisting the Marketing Manager in marketing activities Assisting the Customer Service team with troubleshooting/resolution

The successful candidate should have the following qualifications/qualities:

• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, and/or IT
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience Strong skills in managing products and solutions for travel industry Fluent in both spoken/written English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Travel Agency or airline background preferred
• Experienced in managing team-oriented tasks
• Cooperative and pro-active
• Excellent communication skills
• Good planning skills and ability to prioritize workload
• High computer literacy
