EASB Institute of Management, a leading global provider of industry-relevant higher education (undergraduate and post-graduate degree) programs and the Premiere Institution in Hospitality and Tourism Management in Singapore is seeking suitably qualified individuals to join our highly dynamic and fast moving organization.

Programme Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• To assist the Head of School (HOS) in the management of the faculty and the programmes under its charge;
• To assist the HOS in the coordination with university partners in the effective delivery of their programs;
• To assist the HOS in the pre- and post- stages of Start of course (SOC) for each study term, including course planning, and class scheduling;
• To assist the HOS to ensure that the administration and operational matters during the study term is properly conducted;
• To assist in other duties as and when required.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
• Candidate must posses good administration and coordination skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
