We are a Hong Kong based company with major business in interior fitting out projects in Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland and Middle East. To cope with our expansion in Middle East, we are looking for the following position:

Project Co-ordinator / Project Planning Engineer

Duties

• To plan and co-ordinate the logistics of materials
• To co-ordinate with various parties on project execution
• To collaborate to monitor the progress of project execution
• To assist in procurement and subletting procedures
• To assist the Project Managers in terms of project documentations, sub-contractors, administration, site management etc.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications or above in building or construction related subjects
• Over 5 years relevant engineering experience of planning and co-ordinations in construction site
• Previous exposure to interior decoration projects highly preferred, with knowledge and experience with timber related materials an added asset
• Strong competency in project execution and contract administration
• Quantity surveying background is preferred but not necessary
• Proficiency in using planning programs such as Prima Vera & Microsoft Project is an added asset
• Self motivated, result orientated, good interpersonal relations and communications
• Computer literate
• Good command of English
