PT. Agincourt Resources (PTAR) is a subsidiary of G-Resources.

G-Resources is a Hong Kong listed gold miner and explorer. It has acquired the world-class Martabe gold-silver project in northern Sumatera, Indonesia. Already in development, Martabe is expected to commence commissioning at the end of 2010 with first gold poured in early 2011 at a rate of 250,000oz gold per annum.

Martabe with a resource base of 6.5Moz gold and 66Moz silver will form the core starter asset around which a globally competitive, Asia-Pacific focused gold company will be built. G-Resources seeks to rapidly grow production to more than one million ounces of gold annually through exploration of the large and highly prospective Martabe property and through acquisition of other quality gold assets.

PTAR is now pleased to invite applications for the following role:

Project Construction Manager (OPS1207)

This position will be based on site at the Martabe Project with some travel to Brisbane, and reports directly to the Senior Manager Operations.

This position will be the senior site representative for PTAR in relation to all matters regarding execution of the Martabe project. This person will ensure that the EPCM contractor is managing the Martabe project to budget and schedule and assist the EPCM contractor in correcting any deficiencies in these areas. This position is also responsible for executing the bulk of PTAR’s capital works associated with the project. This is key project role to be filled by an experienced construction/project manager.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:

• Formal project management education
• More than 20 years project construction experience, with more than 5 years at construction superintendent level.
• Strong understanding of project fundamentals, in particular schedule management and budgets.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Solid report writing and IT literacy.
• Well developed verbal and written communication skills, including preparing management reports and other documentation.
• Work experience within Indonesia developing an understanding of the cultural sensibilities of indigenous local people.
• Self-directed to achieve individual, team and organisational goals.
• Ability to interact with other site disciplines and ability to provide project services where needed to these.
