Purchasing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, evaluate and select of quality suppliers as well as prepare purchase requisition and purchase order
• Plan, manage and work towards best buy-lead-time, quality and price
• Monitor delivery, defects, expedite parts and ensure on-time delivery

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in relevant fields
• 2-5 years of relevant working experience. Experience in Construction industry will be advantageous
• Ability to work in fast pace environment
• Good negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Office Application
• Bilingual in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Able to start work immediately will be advantageous
