CEMPYRAMID, subsidiaries of STB Technologies PTE LTD, is a leading provider of innovative solutions and technologies for semiconductor packaging. We manufacture and market a range of proprietary chemicals and high speed and high precision equipment for leadframe / semiconductor electroplating.

We have opportunities for talented QA Engineer to join our organization. He/She will be part of our dynamic team of energetic experts ensuring quality of incoming/ outgoing products, maintaining and improving Quality / Environmental Management Systems. The successful QA Engineer will report to General Manager of Production Operations and will work in close collaboration with our Supply Chain /Markets & Relations Departments towards meeting customer satisfaction.

QA Engineer

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Knowledge and working experience in ISO 9000 and 14000 is mandatory.
• Experience in managing Incoming QA and Outgoing QA
• Handle customer feedback , process control and capability improvements
• Manage internal and external Quality audits and supplier quality improvement programs
• Maintain Quality /Environmental Management Systems , document control and update procedures.

Competences and capabilities:

The candidates would possess capabilities and qualifications to include:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with a minimum 1-2 years of experience in Supplier Quality Management;
• A strong foundation in Quality/Environmental Management Systems will be advantageous
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, team-work and communication skills
• Excellent English as the position requires report writing, and preferable Chinese (Mandarin) language skills for communicating with customers and colleagues in China
• Willingness and ability to travel; exposure in Asian region is an advantage.

Location:

The position is located at the CEM PYRAMID headquarters in Jurong Industrial Estate, Singapore with occasional presence in our China-based facility in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province.
