QC Supervisor

• Monitor both indoor and outdoor field methods to maintain interviews¡¦ quality of work
• Train and monitor the performance of part time interviewers; and ensure that interviews are conducted in accordance with Company policy and quality standard
• Delegate project work amongst a team of part time staff and ensure that work are completed as per project schedule
• Outdoor supervision of work done by the pool of part timers
• Responsible for quality check on work submitted by the pool of part time resources via telephone, onsite observation and/or door to door method
• Responsible for questionnaire editing
• Make sure the passing records are correct and on time
• Prepare and release the summary report
• Perform ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the immediate manager

Requirements:

• Diploma holders with minimum 2 years of working experience
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Good command of English
• Mandarin speaking is an advantage
• Survey and interviewing skills would be an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Attention to details with high degree of accuracy
• Able to multi-task and work independently
• Able to meet strict deadlines
• Able to work irregular hours when required
