QUANTITY SURVEYORS

Job Scope:

• Experience in preparing BQ/Tender documents, Cost Planning & Budget estimates taking off.
• Prepare variation orders, cost impact estimates, progress payments and claims.
• Prepare VO and Finalization of accounts.
• Sources for quotations from Specialists, Sub-contractors and Suppliers.
• Highlight discrepancies in tender documents and clarify with Consultants.
• Review and advise Project Manager on the cost impact for variation of project specifications.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Building/Quantity Surveying.
• Min 2 years relevant experience in local building construction projects. Able to work independently.
• Availability should be immediate or within short notice.
