We are a leading worldwide marine solutions company servicing the oil and gas industry. Due to expansion, we are looking for an experienced and qualified individual to join us as :

Receptionist (3 months contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, screen, direct and relay telephone messages
  • Pick up and deliver mail via courier services
  • Ensures knowledge of staff whereabouts and maintains accurate and complete sign-in/sign-out procedures for on-site staff and consumers.
  • Ensure appointments for all meeting rooms are controlled via the internal online booking system
  • Maintains confidentiality of organization fiscal and personnel related information
  • Maintains cleanliness and tidiness of meeting room and reception area
  • Assists in other duties as needed and directed
  • Report to Admin Manager

Requirements:

  • GCE “O” level or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in fast paced environment
  • Preferably with Customer Services experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
  • Good team player and proactive
  • This is a 3 months contract position
  • Based in Singapore
