Regional Financial Analyst

Job Code – FINSA

We are currently seeking a Regional Financial Analyst who will report to the Regional Finance Director for the Asia Pacific Japan region. The Regional Financial Analyst will primarily be responsible for consolidating and summarizing various financial reports received from the countries for review and final submission to global office.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate the submission of staffing plans from In-Country Finance
• Consolidate and analyze monthly P&L statements, budget / quarterly forecast reporting, timesheet & log sheet reporting and any other reports as required by Global
• Review & monitor the accuracy of financial accounting including SOX compliance
• Monitor client profitability and fee billing in the region
• All other works involving regional co-ordination for the purpose of complying to global requirements

Position Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Finance/ Accounting or possess similar professional qualifications
• 2 – 3 years professional experience, preferably in advertising finance or client accounting
• Possess superior Excel skills & experience in financial reporting packages like Hyperion is preferred
• Excellent time management/ organization skills with an ability to multi-task whilst maintaining strong attention to detail
• Demonstrate ability to work independently, but also be able to work well within a team
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and excellent work ethics
• Good qualitative & quantitative analytical skills.
