Research Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer research projects including mystery shopper assessments and customer surveys
• Responsible for data processing, report writing, research design, and quality assurance
• Coordinates different projects with external clients, internal consultants and surveyors

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma holder in Statistics, Business Administration, Marketing or relevant disciplines
• At least 1-2 years relevant working experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and conversant in other MS Office applications
• Detail-oriented, analytical and quality-minded with good English writing skills
• Able to work under tight schedules, with a strong sense of team spirit and good communication skills
