The School of Materials Science and Engineering (http://www.mse.ntu.edu.sg/) is looking for 2 Research Fellows and 1 Project Officer to participate in a multi-disciplinary research programme. The programme will attract researchers world-wide and the research atmosphere at NTU is diverse and exciting. We anticipate a substantial level of international collaboration and exchange visits. We hope to attract well-qualified candidate.

Research Fellow in Semiconductor Physics

• Candidates with strong background in electron transport, Seebeck effect, Photon-electron interaction is highly preferred.
• Background with thermoelectric materials is preferred
• Ph.D in Physics/ Materials Science
• Good command of oral and written English.

Salary will be attractive, and commensurate with experience.
