PT. PERKASA MELATI, A Growth shipyard company located in Dapur 12, Tg. Uncang – Batam looking for the following position:

SAFETY OFFICER

• Male, 30 – 50 years old, holding driving license
• Diploma/Degree with relevant education qualification
• Good skill in marine industry, shipbuilding, ship repair & maintenance (min 5 years experience in this position)
• Perfect knowledge in the safety and health hazard (fire, gas, confine spaces, materials, Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control)
• Perfect knowledge in the safety health and environmental work regulations
• Perfect knowledge and usage of safety equipments (including, the safety navigation items)
• First aid (with certification)
• Fireman (with certification)
• Leadership-Manager with strong personality able to work in yard environment
• Must have excellent communication skills, able to communicate and write in English (fluent)
• Organize daily VSCC daily meeting, report of Incident, Accident, Non-conformance, Corrective and Preventive Actions
• Serious, autonomous and initiative.
