Sales Supervisor – Batam, Lampung, and Aceh

Responsibilities:

The role:

• Realization of sales plans, objectives and strategies.
• Upgrading best practice in distributor sales management

Key Responsibilities:

• To deliver sales and profit targets assigned to distribution area.
• Manage the implementation of an effective promotion plan.
• Assist implementation and realization of promotional targets given to regional distributor. Establish a historical activities database, and provide analysis/feedback to ASM highlighting KSF and problems (key learnings).
• Maintain consistent contact and strong partnering with regional distributors
• Implement and review achievement in customer management programs for regional distributors.
• Survey regional distributor area coverage planning to determine if all potentials are fully developed. Make recommendation and assist regional distributor in implementing improvements and oversee plan realization.

Requirements:

• Preferably University graduate (min. High School).
• English proficient.
• Minimum 5 years in sales with at least 2 years as supervisor.
• Proven track record of achievements and contribution, as shown in annual performance evaluations/references.
• Computer literate.
• Strong area knowledge.
• Merchandising, ‘best retailing practice’.
• Verbal and written presentation skill.
• Good interpersonal skills.
