SECRETARY FOR DIRECTOR (SD)

Job Description:

• Set the Director’s daily schedule
• Assist the Director of administrative work
• Represents the Director in the communication when needed
• Make quotation and follow up PO
• Monitor delivery on schedule
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls
• Check sending and receiving e-mails
• Handle appointments
• Correspondences in English
• Filling documents
• Reports
• Administration jobs in general

Qualifications:

• Female, max. age 27 years old
• Minimum education Diploma Secretary, GPA 2.75
• Minimum 1 years working experience in same field
• Good looking, single, height min. 160cm
• Have a good skill communications
• Highly skill administration, self motivated and willing to work under pressure
• Perform in English is more advantage
• Excellent in Computer (min. M. Office & Power Point)
