Responsibilities:

• Provide high level personal support to the Director & corporate
• Correspondence, filing document and administrative work
• Advise & co-ordinate all meetings and appointments and pass relevant information on to staff
• Coordinate all business functions

Requirements:

• Female, age 25 – 30 years old
• Min. D3 from secretary / economic / management / administration
• At least 2 years experience in same field
• Computer literate
• English excellent (oral & writing) is a must, and Mandarin is a plus
• Pleasant personality with good communication & interpersonal skills
• Having positive work attitude, ethics and a team player
• Trustworthy, dedicated, highly self motivated and ability to work with limited supervisor
• Living in Jakarta area
