SENIOR / ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• Design and trouble-shooting of electrical circuitry.
• Electrical drawing and documentation.
• To assist in design and development of control software.
• Electrical Component Standard
• - Standardization of electrical component
• - Standardization of electrical indirect material
• Schematic Drafting
• - Standardization of electrical schematics
• - Standardization of wire & devices labelling
• - Update schematics revisions
• Wiring methodology
• - Wire Routing
• - Wire termination
• - Wire & Accessories selection
• - Interfacing of modular
• - Wire harnessing exercise
• Control Box design & layout
• - Regulatory compliance
• - Product circuit Design.
• - CE/ Semi compliance
• Documentation
• - Establish Electrical hardware design guideline and design rule
• - Document all proven component & design into Green Book.
• Support product Alpha/beta site testing
• Document and technology transfer to product group

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters Degree in Electrical/Electronics engineering or relevant qualifications.
• At least 5 years experience in electrical hardware and software design of semiconductor / automated equipment.
• Knowledge of E-Plan and Autocad software.
• Knowledge in VC++ programming.
• Interest in automation & control.
• Some basic mechanical design knowledge
