SENIOR ENGINEER FOR RF PLANNING – Code SE-RFP

BASIC:

• Graduate from reputable university, minimum S1 with majoring in Telecommunication
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Persuasive and have open mind
• Have good leadership
• Determine for the goals
• Can do attitude
• Able to make and do presentation for customers
• Able to make and compile a comprehensive technical documentation for proposals and reports.

EXPERTISE:

• Minimum 5 years experience for RF planning, both in GSM based technology(GSM, GPRS, WCDMA, HSDPA, HSUPA) and CDMA based technology(1X, EVDO)
• Expert for analyzing and tuning the RF network by manipulating the RF parameters in many vendors product (NSN, Ericsson, Huawei, ZTE, Samsung)
• Expert for using RF Planning tools such as Mentum, Atoll, etc
• Expert for using some application s/w such as Microsoft Excel programming, Google Earth Pro, Mapinfo
• Understand the roadmap to future technology such as WiMax, LTE, UMB

Status: Full Time, 1 year contract with opportunity for permanent
