Senior / Property Officer

Requirements:

• Diploma in Building Services, Mechnical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Preferably with 2 years of experience in property management
• Possess good communication and written skills
• Able to multi-task and work independently

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of operational staffs in performing preventive maintenance, facilities and building works
• Coordinate and supervise work done by contractors
• Ensure all installation works are maintained in accordance with all building and statutory requirements
• Prepare minor improvement project cost estimates and specifications
• Monitor maintenance budget and progress payments to ensure cash flow projections are met
