Senior QA Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Implements quality assurance programs to ensure the product quality comply with company requirements, international safety standards (such as ASTM F963, EN71, FCC, EMC and EN62115) and client requirements
• Prepares QA Specifications (covering product specification, inspection procedure and qualification plans) for LeapFrog Merchandises
• Works with other departments to ensure product design meeting international safety standard and retailers’ protocols
• Communicates with third party laboratories to ensure product safety certificate available on time
• Works with suppliers to ensure product quality meeting our quality requirement
• Reviews, maintains and updates the Company’s QA system
• Works with third party laboratories on risk assessments especially for new requirements or Directives

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of plastic / electronic toys experiences in manufacturing industry (including product development, QA procedure development and testing set-up)
• Degree in Engineering
• Training on Statistical Technique
• Familiar with international safety standards including ASTM F963, EN71, FCC, EMC, EN62115, CPSIA, RoHS, REACH, etc
• Familiar with retailers’ protocols
• Well-versed in Windows, Outlook, Microsoft Office & SPC program
• Good team player
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in spoken & written English and Mandarin
