Service Quality Assurance

Company:

A listed company in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with business activities in the Hospitality and Entertainment sectors in South East Asia.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and implement a full array of company policies and procedures that in all departments
• Review and create the standard operating procedures to ensure and maintain a continuous process improvement for the group
• Consult with top management in developing general company policies
• Partner with different department heads to review and ensure accuracy of procedures
• Refer to the relevant local laws to ensure lawfulness of policy statement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications, Law or English
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Management preferably from the Hospitality / Entertainment Industry
• Knowledge of business concepts and requirements that apply to above Industry sector.
• Knowledge of business research principles, process and techniques
• Experience in hotel internal operational, financial control, and auditing is a must
• Strong technical writing experience
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to be stationed in Phnom Penh, Cambodia
