Shipping Executive

Responsibilities:

• Local accounts servicing
• Ensure that all local deliveries details are updated on our system
• Ensuring arrangements and completion of orders with Fleet controller
• Ensuring invoice/ delivery sheets and all paper work are duly completed on behalf of clients
• Preparing documents for monthly billing and providing the Accounts Department with necessary and accurate information
• Ensure all permits are properly declared and approved
• Coordinate trucking of containers

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’/ ‘A’ level or Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• A resourceful, committed and pro-active team players
• Positive working attitude, willing to learn and able to work under minimal supervision
• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese
• Willing to go the extra mile for your customers
• Able to start work immediately or in short notice
