Job Requirements

• ‘O’ Level
• Preferably with 2 yrs experience in shipping coordination
• Computer literate, must know MS Office
• 5 days work week

Job Responsibility

• To assist the Logistic Manager with documentation and shipping arrangements, inwards and outwards.
• Prepares and checks all shipping documents to ensure that they are complete and comply with import and export rules and regulations
• Liaises with shipping companies, port authorities, customs officials, transport contractors, suppliers and customers to ensure timely clearance and delivery of shipments.
• Attends to queries relating to shipping documents.
• Interdepartmental coordination between Sales & Production
• Assist in Purchasing Function
