Our own software application includes Time Attendance, Payroll Software’s, E-leave (Online Leave Module), E-mail Pay slip and Job Costing Software. We are the major distributor for Fingerprint, Biometric, Proximity card, Barcode time recorders and Biometric Fingerprint Access Control & Security Systems.

For our business expansion, we are looking for a suitable candidate to join us with below details.

SOFTWARE SUPPORT ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• Visit to our client offices for software installation & provide software training to the end users.
• Support user enquiries on IT issues via phone/email/remote assistance
• Provide first level phone and email support
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues

Requirements:

• 1 – 2 years experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Onsite / Desktop support
• Fresh Diploma holders in IT or related discipline are welcome to apply
• Preference will be given who has exposure & trouble shooting experience in windows operating system, windows servers, and Microsoft SQL server.
• Must have good speaking & writing communication skill in English
• Having an analytical mind for problem solving
