Responsibilities

• Work with the Brand Manager and her team of staff to deliver sales and productivity targets
• Supervise, coach and train the sales team regularly to enhance skills, competencies and product knowledge
• Maintain and develop relationships with customers to build brand loyalty and repeat businesses
• Ensure merchandise presentation meets or exceeds brand and requirements
• Complete internal reports and participate in various projects as and when required
• Create and promote a positive work environment
• General daily retail operations

Qualifications

• 1 – 2 years leadership experience in retail/service industry preferred
• Candidates experienced in luxury retail brands specializing in womenswear will be added advantage
• Professional, well-groomed and pleasant
• Possess strong interpersonal, problem solving and communications skills
• Proficient in using MS tools, including Excel, Word
