- To assist in month end and year end closing to ensure reconciliation for intercompanies
- Perform monthly inter-company reconciliation and bank reconciliation
- Process intercompany transactions and AP payments

The Company is also an international asset management firm specializing in remarketing and recycling solutions in the network & telecom sector. Axentel has offices in Singapore, Philippines, Thailand and the USA.
The candidate will report directly to the MD and lead a small team of financial professionals in Singapore & Thailand. As a member of the management team, you will own and drive the strategic direction of the Company and handle all accounting & financial functions including management accounting, financial reporting, cash flow planning, investment, inventory cost control, planning and analysis. You must be commercially savvy, internationally exposed and have an understanding of key business drivers. You should be a degree in Accounting with at least 5-7 years of relevant working experience both with local and overseas companies. Management experience in finance or HR would be an added advantage.
Accounting Manager
Responsibilities
- Handle all accounting / financial matters and manage full sets of accounts
- Ensure timely and accurate completion and submission of all financial and management reports
- Preparation and submission of quarterly GST and annual income tax to IRAS
- Advise management on business/investment decision by providing monthly financial overview / analyses and cash flow position
- Work closely with logistics team and advise on aging inventory & inventory exposure risk Develop operational budget, forecast & Implement proper accounting procedures and guidelines, administrative accounting procedures
- Able to troubleshoot problematic areas to improve cost, credit control and inventory management
- Able to multi-task, prioritise and work independently with colleagues of different nationalities in a fast-paced hi-tech environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills as well as a good team player, coupled with business acumen to provide business and commercial support to the Operations & Sales teams in different countries
- Be prepared to travel within the Asia Pacific region on a quarterly basis.
