Crewing Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Global Crewing Supervisor, this position is responsible and accountable for the managing of assignments for prospectors (for all types of contracts), according to specific requirements of each survey and vessel and in conjunction with the relevant managers.
Supervision:
- Supervises crewing coordinators on his team, checks results and ensures compliances with procedures
- Manages his team, provides work supports and ensures they are kept up to date
- Participate to development of new common tools and implementation of old ones
- Propose improvement ways
- Conduct annual assessments interviews and formulates salary reviews, promotion and transfer proposals
- Evaluates training needs and ensures the skills of his staff are kept up to date
- Helps recruit staff for his department
Planning:
- Responsible for knowing the staff needs for the vessels on his region
- Responsible to seek sub-contractors for temporary replacements (less than 2 trips) Prior to any permanent sub-contractor recruitment, shall have the acknowledgment of MAPL
- Keep a good knowledge on the staff assigned on vessels under his scope
Administrative management:
- Supervises and help with administrative management performed by crew coordinators
- Audits the monthly workloads before they are sent to payroll administration
- Responsible for checking and approving any invoices involving his crewing (Travel agency, subcontractors)

HR
- In-charge of HR activities for F&B sector
- Responsible for payroll activities, such as processing of employees salaries, timely submission of CPF reports, recording of leave and leave application
- Responsible for employee welfare (Insurance coverage, Workmen Compensation and income tax preparations etc. accordingly)
- Employee recruitment and retention
- Represent the F&B sector of the organization in various issues pertaining to the Ministry / CPF Board
- In-charge of various compulsory training and development needed for F&B sector
- Ensuring legal compliance of foreign workers, dealing with various foreign passes
ADMIN/ ACCOUNTS
- Handle general admin duties such as typing, filing of all in-coming and out-going documents
- Recording of in-coming invoices and making payment to suppliers/ landlord and etc
- Responsible for purchasing of restaurant’s stock (Liaise with suppliers etc.)
- Involved in stock-taking sessions

Front Desk Assistant
This position will be responsible for:
To handle incoming and outgoing calls and letters and to be the first physical contact with customers, guest and employees outside Head Office while executing a range of administration activities to support HR Department.
Qualifications:
- Min. Diploma I degree majoring in any educational background (preferable from Secretary, Communication or Administration program)
- Age 19 – 27 years
- Good appearance, interpersonal skill and communication
- Able to speak and write in English
- Having accounting and administration skill is an advantage
- Min. 1 year as Receptionist
- Familiar using MS Office is an advantage
Employment Status: Contract basis under outsourcing company
