- A minimum of 5 years’ relevant managerial experience, preferably in hotel industry
- A proven record in running multi-outlets in a sizable Food & Beverage operations
- Solid knowledge of cost control and menu planning

- Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills

Job Description
- Manage the operation team to deliver excellent service quality to customers in an effective way
- Lead the team to manage daily operations, distribution system and utilization of the warehouse in aspects of people, process, system, cost management and resources optimization etc.
