ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE/ ACCOUNTANT
Job Responsibilities:
- Full spectrum of Accounts payable functions from verifying vendors’ invoices to final payment and reconciliation of vendors’ statements
- Full spectrum of Accounts Receivables functions including invoicing; liaising with customers for payments to credit control and final collection of receivables
- Prepare bank reconciliation
- Maintain monthly balance sheet analysis breakdown
- Prepare quarterly GST returns
- Prepare statutory statistics and survey reports
- Prepare monthly financial accounts in accordance to management requirement and ensure compliance to prevailing accounting standards
- Liaise with auditors and arrange for yearly stocktake
- Any other adhoc office duties or projects that may be assigned
