ACCOUNTANT
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of Accounts
- Prepare Financial and Management Reports
- Cashflow and Costing management
- Maintaining Fixed Assets Schedule
- Yearly budget and forecast
- Liaise with internal and external auditors
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Recognized/Reputable Accountancy Degree holder or ACCA
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in public accounting, manufacturing/construction environment
- Meticulous with strong analytical skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Finance Manager
The Requirement – Finance Manager
Working closely with the Managing Director, the candidate will have overall responsibilities for the finance and accounting activities to support the overall business operations.
In terms of strategic planning, the incumbent is expected to advise management on financial implications of operational decisions and liaise tactfully with external parties, including government agencies, financial and legal advisors, strategic business partners, potential investors as well as shareholders

- Demonstrates strong leadership traits, excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial acumen and hands-on experience
- Analytical, detailed oriented, and have a problem solving approach to ensure accuracy of all relevant financial data and to make recommendations to management
- Must be able to manage time effectively to meet multiple deadlines
- Must be able to lead accounting staff of varying experience in different cultural background
- Must be able to perform in a dynamic, fast moving and highly customer-oriented environment
- Must be self-motivating, capable of working independently and taking initiatives
How do you qualify?
- Degree in Accountancy, Banking and Finance from a renowned university
- Qualified Accountant, CPA a must
- Minimum 5 years relevant managerial experience, preferably from multinational companies and a manufacturing environment
- Startup and/or IPO and JV experience would be ideal
- Conversant in both English and Mandarin
- Experience in management reporting, financial planning, financial accounting
- Knowledge of tax and accounting practices of ASEAN countries preferred
- Computer literate, good PC skills in Windows, Excel, Word, and/or Access
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure within tight deadlines

Executive, Program Acquisition & Production
You will be responsible for the following:
- Amortization of programm rights /license fees and analysis of the unit’s quarterly reforecasts, annual budgeting, long range plan as will as regional P&L exercises by events.
- Manage weekly reporting on in coming & out-going invoices. Provide data / payment schedule information to Accounting for cash flow purposes.
- Compiling the requests and actualized Event P&Ls, weekly acquisition reports and participate in any ad-hoc analysis when required.
